GamerZone Warranty Policy & Terms (KSA-Compliant)


1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects approved by the official distributor, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The warranty period is two (2) years for electronic devices, and up to six (6) months for other products unless excluded.
The warranty starts from the invoice date.


2. Hardware Scope

The warranty covers all original hardware components included at purchase, including but not limited to:
CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, power supply, and cooling system.


3. Warranty Service, Inspection & Replacement

  • All devices are subject to technical inspection.
  • Repair/replacement is done only after approval by the official distributor.
  • Service time ranges from a few days up to 14 business days depending on issue and parts availability.
  • If the issue is outside warranty, inspection fees may apply.
  • If no fault is found or issue is not hardware-related, service fees may apply.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Original invoice
  • Product in original condition
  • Intact serial numbers

5. Exclusions (Very Important)

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage (breakage, scratches, burns, etc.)
  • Liquid damage or spills
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Poor maintenance (dust, airflow blockage)
  • High temperature or poor ventilation environments
  • Electrical issues or non-approved accessories
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Opening device by unauthorized parties
  • Tampering with warranty stickers/serial numbers
  • Use of hacking/cheating software (voids warranty immediately)
  • Software and operating systems
  • PC case and accessories
  • PlayStation/Nintendo Switch game discs
  • Stands (mic/monitor)
  • Gaming chairs (except hydraulic in some models)
  • Desks (except electric lifting system only)
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Data Responsibility

The company is not responsible for any data loss. Customers must back up their data before service.


7. Shipping & Handling

Customer is responsible for packaging. Damage due to poor packaging is not covered.
Fees may apply outside Riyadh.


8. Ownership Transfer

Warranty transfers to the official distributor upon ownership change.


9. Final Authority

The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims.
