The store does not modify the address.
The shipping company delivers as per the address provided by the customer.
The order is delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of three business days.
The Shipment will deliver to the address which provided by the customer or to the branch in the customer’s city if customer want to pick up.
Shipment could be delayed depending on the shipping company’s availability.
The specified shipping time is approximate and may extend to up to 7 business days after shipment.
Shipping delays due to incomplete information relieve the store of responsibility.
If a shipment is returned due to incomplete information, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the shipment to the store and shipping it again.
Shipping time is calculated after the order is delivered to the shipping company.
The store reserves the right to change shipping company if this is in the interest of the order (for example, to expedite the shipping process).
After the order is shipped, the customer can follow up with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery.
If the customer does not receive a message with a tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the store to provide the tracking number.
The store is not responsible for any delays in the customers’ shipment caused by the shipping company.
If the shipment is not received within the specified days, the customer must notify the store within 3 business days via approved communication methods.
If the shipment arrives damaged, the responsibility falls on the shipping company, and the store assumes no responsibility.
The store does not currently ship outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
