Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

We thank you for choosing our store for purchasing your favorite products, and we are pleased to serve you. Sometimes, you may change your mind regarding the products you have purchased. Don’t worry. Our team will do everything possible to ensure that the return or exchange process is as simple and smooth as possible. We have simplified the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:

Customers can modify or cancel an order before it is changed to the “Processing” status only.

1. Return or Exchange Policy:

This policy applies to products that are in their original sealed packaging and in the same condition as when purchased, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

It is required to return all accessories and gifts received with the product in their original packaging when returning.

Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged for the same product.

2. Return and Exchange Procedures and Locations:

Customers can return or exchange purchases, provided they meet the conditions outlined in Section 1 above.

The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the exchange or return process.

3. Return Methods:

The customer has the option to either return the value of the purchases or exchange them for another product based on their preference.

The customer will bear the costs of both the initial and new shipping fees.

For purchases made using credit cards or bank networks, the refund will be processed through the customer’s bank account within fourteen (15) business days. The customer must follow up with their bank to ensure the payment process is completed.

4. Digital Cards or Gift Cards:

Digital products or gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
